YoTPV is in open testing - and completely free to use while it is. Register, log in and explore everything; just don't run a live venue on it yet, as data may be cleared at any time and features may change. Spotted a problem or have an idea? Email info@yotpv.com.
Public release: 15 November 2026 - with VeriFactu setup available from day one. · Timelines may change.
Table management, course firing, station displays, split bills - and service that carries on when the internet drops. Try every feature for 30 days - no card, no commitment.
These are YoTPV's own screens, as your team uses them.
Station displays
Kitchen, bar, pastry - each station gets its own screen with only its own tickets. They age from white to amber to red, and Coming up counts down to each held course so the station can fire it the moment the table is ready.
Kitchen
Bar
Floor
Each table shows where it is in service - ordered, ready at the bar, delivered, waiting for the bill - and pulses when the kitchen calls.
Table and bills
Courses fire for the whole table while the bill splits however the guests like. Each bill pays on its own.
Works with your existing card terminal

Works alongside Stripe, Square, SumUp, Revolut, Verifone and any bank-issued card terminal - you record the card payment in YoTPV.

When the internet drops, your Android devices keep working over the venue's own Wi-Fi: orders reach the kitchen, bills close and cash is taken. Everything syncs when the connection is back.
A screen for each station - kitchen, bar, pastry - showing only its own tickets, with cook timers that turn amber, then red. A Coming up row counts down to each course's fire time, and the station can fire it from the screen.
Numbered courses, fired now or on a timer. Late additions arrive as supplements, a plate that comes back is refired with a reason, and a dish that runs out is 86'd on every handheld.
Split a table into as many bills as you need, move lines between them or split a line in two. Each bill pays on its own - cash, card or both.

Start the day with a float, close each till against its cash drawer, and see hourly, staff, kitchen and tax reports.
